Katherine Gail Kreidle is a wellness practitioner born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Golden, Colorado. Katie has over 600 hours of experience with yoga training, which has taken her to locations such as Bali and India to connect with monks, gurus, and masters. She has also visited Australia, where she was able to learn from shamans and breathwork pioneers to further expand her knowledge and draw from their insights to help support the health and wellness of individuals in need of positive change.
